By accessing or using TraydR, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
TraydR is a marketplace connecting buyers and sellers. We do not own or control the items listed. Sellers are responsible for accurate descriptions and timely delivery. Buyers are responsible for reviewing listings before purchase.
Prohibited items: illegal goods, counterfeit products, stolen items, weapons, or anything violating Nigerian law or international regulations.
All payments are held in escrow until the buyer confirms delivery. TraydR charges a platform fee (8% Free, 5% Pro, 3% Business) on each transaction. Sellers receive their payout within 3–5 business days of order completion.
If a dispute arises, both parties may submit evidence through the TraydR dispute system. Our team will review and make a final decision within 5 business days. TraydR's decision is binding.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm other users.
TraydR is not liable for losses arising from transactions between buyers and sellers beyond the escrow amount. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of listed items.
